Browse through our website and submit your selections with a worksheet. After receiving your worksheet we will respond promptly with the availability of your selections.

Reserving Items

After we confirm the availability of your selections, you will have the option of reserving your selection (we will hold your selection until you or another party are ready to confirm the rental order) or proceeding to confirm your rental order.

Rental Term

All rates listed are for a rental term up to one week (5 business days). For example, if you rent an item on Thursday, the rental will extend through the following Wednesday and will be due back by 11:00 am the next morning (Thursday).

Late Returns

Late returns are billed as an additional charge of 20% per day.

In-House Discount

If you are shooting in one of Noho Productions’ studios and return the rental item within the same day, we will discount the rental fee by 50%.

Pick-Ups and Returns

Clients should make their own arrangements for pick-up and delivery of rentals. Please use our freight entrance for anything larger than a shopping bag.  The freight elevator is open from 8:30am until 4:45pm Monday through Friday, however we have access to open the freight elevator after hours, so please call to make arrangements for deliveries and pick-ups after hours.

Packing and Transport

We will make our best effort to wrap off-premise rentals in a manner that insures their safety during transport. Please notify us immediately if any items arrive at your destination damaged. Also, please return rentals with the same packing materials if possible.


We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and checks. Payment is due at the time of rental unless other billing arrangements have been made in advance. We are happy to bill most magazines directly as well as any company that has an open account at Noho Productions.

Cancelled Orders

If an order has been confirmed but then cancelled before it leaves our premises, 50% of the rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the order has already been charged to a credit card, a refund to the credit card will be issued.


Unfortunately, once rentals have left our premises we cannot issue refunds, even if the item is not being used.

Damage and Loss

The renter is responsible to return items in the same condition as they left our premises.  In the event of damage we will bill for repair, cleaning or replacement cost. Please return the damaged item to us. We don’t require a security deposit but we do require a valid credit card to keep on file to cover damage or loss charges.  If an item is returned that cannot be restored to its condition prior to leaving our premises, the renter will be responsible for the item’s replacement cost as listed on our website.
